At Bento&co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your bento box or kitchenware isn't a perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Japan

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our Kyoto warehouse and drop it off at your preferred local carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
